He has a particular interest in regional social-economic systems and their integration into the dynamics of global investment and trade.His expertise and experience straddles regional Australia with a pan-Asian orientation. His industry experiences cut across agribusiness, food production, financial services and financial technologies, ICT, travel and tourism, retail and residential property development, energy and natural resources as well as funds management and cross-border structured finance solutions.

  Secure and transparent asset identification anchors the issuance and management of fractionalised securities. Supply chain finance, especially for small to medium sized enterprises, can be opened up to new communities of investors by the proper use of blockchain technologies.

Consumers and wholesale buying groups can confidently offer new finance products, in risk mitigated liquid market contexts. Lower cost finance is the result, benefiting the entire supply chain. I will examine this in the context of an Australian beef supply chain use case, which is deploying blockchain technologies to support new supply chain finance offerings.
