Tuition Fees
SWIFT's undergraduate program follows a credit-based fee structure consisting of course credit fees and significant tuition fees. The course credit fees for each semester are calculated based on the total credits of the courses a student enrols in. The tuition fee for the Financial Technology major is 5510 yuan per academic year, while the accommodation fee ranges from 800 to 1500 yuan per academic year.
Interdisciplinary Approach
The curriculum focuses on the humanities and sciences. It encompasses core finance and computer science courses with a strong emphasis on application and practice. It adopts an interdisciplinary approach, integrating multiple disciplines and fields such as economics, finance, computer science, and management. The program is designed to equip students to apply modern financial management knowledge alongside cutting-edge information technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, and big data, to address real-world challenges in the financial technology industry.
Bilingual Teaching
Professional courses are delivered through bilingual instruction, with some courses taught entirely in English. English-language courses utilize original, unabridged textbooks to ensure the highest academic standards.
Dual Mentorship System
Academic faculty members serve as students' academic mentors. Students are encouraged to participate in their mentors' research projects as early as possible to enhance their academic abilities. Additionally, considering the efficient nature of the Fintech discipline, industry professionals are appointed as industry mentors to improve students' practical skills.
