Professor Yang Qiang has been a professor or associate professor at several prestigious global universities, including the University of South Australia, Monash University, and Curtin University. He has also held guest professorships at renowned Chinese universities such as the University of Science and Technology of China, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Southwest Jiaotong University. With extensive teaching and research experience in human resource management, international business management, organizational behaviour, and industrial relations, Professor Shen Jie has received the Outstanding Teaching and Research Award from the University of South Australia. He has published numerous academic papers and research articles and authored seven monographs.
