He Zhi Rong is a probationary member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Shenzhen Senior High School and is a 2023 Financial Technology Experimental Class graduate with a bachelor's degree. His average GPA over the four years of his undergraduate studies was 4.04. He ranked first in the comprehensive performance among the recommended graduate students and has been recommended to continue his studies at the Central University of Finance and Economics, pursuing a Master's degree in Finance with a focus on Financial Technology.
