Yin Baiyu, a probationary member of the Communist Party of China. Yin graduated from Maoming No. 1 High School and is a 2023 Shenzhen University WeBank Institute of FinTech graduate with a bachelor's degree. His average GPA over the four years of his undergraduate studies was 3.90. During his undergraduate studies, he received several awards, including the First Prize of the Shenzhen University "Outstanding Innovation Talent" Scholarship, the Second Prize of the Shenzhen University "Star of Learning" Award, and the WeBank Scholarship. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Peking University's School of Software and Microelectronics.
