个人简介


深圳大学金融科技学院长聘副教授,硕士生导师,深圳市孔雀人才。主要研究领域为公司战略与企业创新管理。作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金项目1项,深圳市自然科学基金面上项目1项,深圳市博士后导师经费项目。相关学术成果发表在Research Policy, Journal of Business Ethics, International Business Review, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management等知名国际学术期刊。曾作为主讲教师教授本科、硕士课程《国际战略》,《创新管理》,《中国经济》,《研究方法》等。


研究方向


企业能力与创新,新兴市场的组织间关系和治理。
