个人简介

香港理工大学金融学博士、山东大学会计学学士。曾经在香港理工大学会计与金融学院工作8年。主讲财务会计、会计报表分析、兼并收购等本科和硕士课程。研究兴趣包括金融市场的信息披露、公司金融、并购和公司治理。研究成果发表在国际著名的会计和金融期刊上，并在哈佛大学法学院公司治理论坛上进行了专题介绍。
