Na Ni received her Ph.D. degree in Management from the University of Manitoba, Canada. She has taught at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Lingnan University. She was the director of the MBA Program at Shenzhen University, Associate Director of the Taught Postgraduate Program Office at the Faculty of Management, and the Director of the Master's Program in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Lingnan University. She is currently the Director of the Fintech Talent Empowerment Division (FINTED) at the school.
Her primary research interests focus on strategic management, ESG management, sustainability, and the practice of Chinese charitable foundations. Over twenty research papers have been published in top international journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Business Strategy and Environment, and Climate Policy. She has led and participated in over 20 research projects both domestically and internationally.
Under her supervision or co-supervision, students have won numerous awards, including the China College Students Computer Design Competition, the "Challenge Cup" China College Students Entrepreneurship Plan Competition, the China International College Students Innovation Competition, the Hong Kong College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the Shenzhen International Fintech Competition, and the Tencent Technology Public Welfare Venture Capital Program, and so on.
