TRAINING GOALS

This program focuses on cultivating interdisciplinary financial technology talents who have a systematic grasp of the theoretical knowledge on economics, finance, and modern information technology, a solid understanding of the basic theories and knowledge of economics, finance and computer science, are familiar with the financial practices, policies and regulations, are acquainted with the basic techniques of frontier technologies such as artificial intelligence,havescientific literacy and basic techniques to apply financial practices, and possess global vision, innovation consciousness, entrepreneurial ability, and the ability to meet the needs of the modern financial market.

Career paths for graduates include the systems and products development and operation management, the product design, financial supervision, security funds and insurances, and otherfintech related positions.

01 Interdisciplinary

Double major in liberal arts and science. The program offers courses centered on Finance and Computer Science, focusing on application and practice, involving multi-disciplinary and multi-field trainings and covering core modules such asEconomics,Finance,Computer Science, Management, etc.It cultivates students' ability to use modern financial management knowledge, as well as modern information technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Big Data to handle practical business in thefintech industry.

02 Chinese-French Double Degree

Students who meet the graduation and degree-awarding requirements will receive the Graduation Certificate in Financial Technology and the Bachelor'sDegreein Economics at Shenzhen University, and the Bachelor of ScienceDegreein Financial Technology at Audencia Business School, France.

03 Tri-Level Faculty

The high-level and international teachingfacultyof Chinese, corporate, and French sides are composed of domestic academic experts, industry leaders from China and elite teachers from France.

04 All-Round Diversified Training Program

Program courses are taught in English by Chinese and French teachers with original foreign textbooks. Students are free to utilize the educational resources from both institutions and experience the teaching atmosphere of top international business school. The institution irregularly carries out various cultural exchanges, distinctive student activities, and enterprise visits. To further widen the students’ vision and develop their innovative consciousness, a series of special lectures such as "Golden Rules", "Business Thinking", "Business Competitive Thinking", and "Business Talent Thinking" are launched by inviting well-known experts and scholars from the industry and the academia to share their experiences.

INNOVATIVE PRACTICE

The institute invites industry experts to teach practical courses of the program or the practical parts of the courses. By experiential learning in laboratories and workplaces of well-knownfintech companies, the students can obtain the ability to solve practical issues. Students are also encouraged to participate in various competitions inside and outside the institute to develop their practical abilities. The FinTech program actively promotes collaboration with major FinTech enterprises to build internship centers. At present, internship centers have been established in collaboration with WeBank and Ping An Bank, among which hundreds of FinTech internship opportunities have been provided through "Shenzhen University FinTech Study Camp" collaborated with Ping An Bank.

Audencia Dream Credit:Itis a unit of credits in the “Audencia Dream Credit” series of activities launched by the Audencia Business School (France). It is open to all undergraduate and graduate students of the Shenzhen Audencia Financial Technology Institute. Students have the opportunity to earn credits every time they participate in this series of activities; the credits they can obtain each time vary based on different activities. The accumulated credits can be converted to the Audencia International Study Tour Fund, gifts, or souvenirs (such as books about French culture, souvenirs, eligibility for an international study tour, etc.).
